Steve makes sure all of Plateau's projects are thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted, and delivered ahead of schedule. Steve resides on the Plateau year-round in Cashiers.

Mark has been a real estate developer and successful entrepreneur for over 40 years. He is a founding member of his namesake law firm, Rubin & Rubin, where he litigated a number of high-profile civil and criminal cases. His real estate ventures range from shopping centers to luxury homes. Mark provides strategic leadership and oversees Plateau's projects. He resides seasonally in Cashiers.

Conrad is a 20-year real estate lender and investor. His corporate experience includes executive roles in the real estate divisions of financial institutions, including Cantor Fitzgerald, UBS, and Franklin Templeton. Conrad leads Plateau's investment activities, capital partnerships, operations, and asset management. He resides in nearby Greenville and spends much of his time on the Plateau.
